Aleksa Vasić was born in Belgrade in 1981. He finished high school in a sections for violin in music school Stanković and solo singing in music school Mokranjac in Belgrade.
In the year 2003. he started bachelor studies in section for solo singing in Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade and graduated in the year 2007 in class of professor Radmila Smiljanić. In the year 2000 he started his music career after he passed the audition for choir of Serbian TV broadcast company and in year 2002 he became a permanent member of the choir in ensemble of military forces of Serbia Stanislav Binički and with this ensemble he had many concerts all over Serbia, as choir member and a soloist.
With opera studio of Faculty of Music Arts he performed in operas Pokondirena Tikva by Mihovil Logarin the role of Mitar, Le nozze di Figaro by Mozart in the role of Figaro and Gianni Schicchi by Puccini in the role of title character.
In opera of National Theater in Belgrade he performed in opera Gianni Schicchi by Puccini in the title role, Don Giovanni by Mozart in the role of Leporello and in I Pagliacci by Leoncavallo in the role of Tonio. In opera house Madlenianum in Zemun he performed in opera La Traviata by Verdi in the role of baron Duphol, in Madame Butterfly by Puccini in the role of lo zio Bonzo. In a puppet theater Pinocchio in Zemun he interpreted musical numbers in opera Bastien and Bastienne by Mozart in the role of Kolas.
He performed as chamber music artist and soloist on many important concerts in his country and abroad, of which of them are: appearance on solemnity in honor of 10 years from death of Miroslav Čangalović, concerts with a conductor Darinka Matić Marović in Magnificat by Bach in Podgorica and Kotor in Montenegro and Hirams Testament by Golemović in Banjaluka in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the festival Dani Vlade Miloševića, Četiri duhovna stiha by Marko Tajčević in Kolarac hall in Belgrade in celebration of World Day of Music, performance wih ensemble Renesans u chamber composition Poslovice iz Fenisa and opera Svrbeća brda by Rajko Maksimović in the hall of Belgrade parlament, Cultural centre of Rakovica and in cultural centre of town Kovin. Solistic performance on festival Mokranjčevi dani in Negotin with a solo song by Stevan Stojanović Mokranjac Lem Edim, Evening of the composer Rastislav Kambasković in a hall of Belgrade parlament 2012. , concert for the jubilee of 20 years of festival Obzorja na Tisi, Days of Josif Marinković in Novi Bečej 2012, Veče solo pesme srpskih i ruskih autora with a lead soloist of opera in Frankfurt, professor of the Academy of Art in Banja Luka, Dunja Simić in concert hall Banski dvor in Banja Luka 2012, chamber music concerts in Ruski Dom in Belgrade, gallery of Serbian Academy of Science and Art, Cultural Centre in Belgrade, also the concerts in Austria in Vorau and Wernigerode in Germany with a Philcharmonic orchestra of that city conducted by maestro Christian Fitzner. He also performed for a National Day of Republic of Serbia, Day of Serbian military, Day of Military Medicine Academy, Military Academy, Day of the artistic ensemble of military, concert in honor of Salonic front breakthrough, concert against AIDS,performance in honor of Salvador Dali in Servantes institute in Belgrade. He also performed on the multimedia doctor artistic project of conductor Dragana Jovanović Mokranjac 1914-2014. Concert, The last meeting with a pianist Dario Humenjuk which had first ever performance was part of the last exam of PHD studies in Hall of Serbian Military Home in the year 2015.
He worked with many distinguished artists, conductors Darinka Matić Marović, Stanko Jovanović, Dejan Savić, Milovan Pančić, Marco Berdondini, Pavle Medaković, Aleksandar Vujić, Christian Fitzner, opera stars Daniela Dessi, Fabio Armiliato, primadonna Radmila Smiljanić, Dunja Simić, Ljudmila Gross Popović, destungished pianists Dario Humenjuk, Sonja Lončar, Arsen Čarkić, Marko Stuparević, Hrvoje Ivović, Nenad Ivović. He worked with famous opera directors Yury Alexandrov, Dejan Miladinović, Matteo Mazzoni, Ljev Pugliese, Ivana Dragutinović Maričić, Ana Grigorović. He was only representer of young operatic artists of Serbia on 4 centuries of opera in Paris 2005 as part of official delegacy of Madlenianum theater.
On a prestige Juenesse Musicale competition for singers held in Belgrade in the year 2008 he won the third prize. On a republic competition of Serbia he won first prize and on competition Vojislav Vučković also first prize.
He was a scholarship holder of CEE-Musiktheater from Vienna from 2006-2008.
He was a jury member on a competition Davorin Jenko in a section for chamber music and also on singing competition Zlatna sirena several times and singing competition in a city Kovin.
He was perfecting himself in Austria and Germany with eminent professors and artists Speranza Scapucci, Doreen DeFeis and James Hooper.
He is a teacher in music school Davorin Jenko in Belgrade in solo singing department. He finished PHD studies in the year 2016. on Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade in a class of professor Ljudmila Gross Popović.
