A pianist from Belgrade, she completed her undergraduate and master’s studies at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade in the class of Prof. Mirjana Šuica Babić, and her doctoral studies at the same institution in the class of Prof. Marija Đukić.
She furthered her studies with renowned piano pedagogues such as Lazar Berman, Jan Novotný, Avo Kouyoumdjian, and Karl-Heinz Kämmerling, as well as in the United States within the Fulbright Program (Prof. Arthur Greene and Prof. Martin Canin).
She is the recipient of numerous prizes at national and international competitions, as well as significant artistic awards, including the “Emil Hajek” Award for the Most Promising Pianist and the October Award of the City of Belgrade.
She has given a large number of solo recitals and chamber music performances and has appeared at many European festivals in Austria, Germany, Spain, Sweden, France, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia, as well as in many non-European countries such as Israel, Kuwait, China, Japan, and the USA. These appearances include renowned concert venues such as the Kennedy Center (Washington), Symphony Space (New York), Martin Hall (Prague), and the Church of St. Sophia (Ohrid).
As a soloist, she has performed 15 times with all major Serbian symphony orchestras, as well as with the Vidin Philharmonic (Bulgaria) and the Montabaur Symphony Orchestra (Germany).
Under the organization of Eleanor Valkenburg (soprano), director of the ensemble Poetica Musica based in New York (USA), and together with Svetlana Merman in a piano duo, she is actively engaged as a chamber musician.
She has been employed at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade since 1998 and currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the Piano Department.
She has given numerous lectures and seminars for students and young artists in the USA, Spain, Turkey, Israel, Greece, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Serbia, and elsewhere.
She is a regular member of juries at national and international competitions. As part of her pedagogical achievements, her students actively perform in concerts and win numerous prizes at national and international competitions. Within the Erasmus program, she has taught and performed at the Academy of Music in Vigo (Spain).
She has made permanent recordings for numerous radio and television stations.
In November 2018, she recorded and released a solo CD and DVD featuring works by Rameau, Bach, Mozart, Tchaikovsky, Franck, Rosenblatt, and Raičković. She is the recipient of the Silver Plaque of the University of Arts in Belgrade (November 2019).
